LAZY OAF X NASTY GAL LOOKBOOK

"London label Lazy Oaf is launching a collaboration with LA internet mega mall Nasty Gal next week. The two have joined forces on a 20-piece capsule collection inspired by candy wrappers, 90s sticker albums and cartoon flower prints, and it's basically what you want to be wearing to give off the impression that you're the funnest person at the party. The collection also sees the return of Lazy Oaf's signature watermelon print (a truly superior fruit).

Lazy Oaf designer Gemma Shiel says her label and Nasty Gal "take pride in embracing our inner weirdness. If we were at school together we would totally hang out."

The collection will be available to buy on 28 May via Nasty Gal and Lazy Oaf's online stores, as well as being stocked at Lazy Oaf's London flagship. Until then, take an exclusive squiz at the lookbook above shot by Viktor Vauthier starring NZ model Jessica Clarke."

SNEAK PEEK SEAFOLLY SPRING/SUMMER 2013 CAMPAIGN

Camille Rowe looks sooo pretty for Australian label Seafolly Spring-Summer 2013 campaign photographed in Waikiki Hawaii. The French-American beauty wears colorful bikinis which would look amazing in all our closets :) My favorite picture is the last one.

MY NEW BABIES FROM LAUSANNE

I needed a break. I needed to get out of the mountain for one day and see different people before my last days of studying before going home. So I got in the train and went to Lausanne to spend this Saturday afternoon. It finally stopped raining, the Sun was kinda sorta out and it was quite warm. It was the third time I went to Lausanne and so I already knew where to go in order not to waste time. I went to Bongenie and Globus galleries, Zara, H&M, I Am... and other shops. I could not hold myself and needed to bring home some amazing new babies with me: a pair of Zara earrings (I almost had an heart attack when I saw them), the most amazing frangipani Summer Scent from Australian brand Urban Rituelle (if only you could smell it through the computer) and, of course, a box of macarons from La Durée. What do you think about my choices? Like? :)

H&M SUMMER 2013 CAMPAIGN BY TERRY RICHARDSON

When I entered the H&M here in Montreux today and saw these advertisements I wondered: "Is that Doutzen Kroes? She looks so young and joyful". I have to say that this babe looks beyond amazing in H&M Summer 2013 campaign. She's only 28 years-old but she looks even younger than that. She is sooo pretty. The shots were taken in Tulum, Mexico by the lens of the one and only Terry Richardson.

 

SAMUDRA BEACH BAGS

I have a thing for beach bags. I'm not saying the bags where you transport all your stuff to go to the beach. I'm saying those bags where you put your sunscreen and lipstick on. I love those, especially when they are silky and beach themed. So when I came across Samudra I almost had an heart attack. These beach bags are to die for. I can't even choose, I want literally all of them! They are sooo cute!! And when the beach season is off you can transport your iPad on them, so cool! Which on of them do you prefer? INSTA WEEK #4

I can not believe this semester is coming to an end. It seems like it was yesterday that I was flying to Switzerland to start my PG in Event, Sport and Entertainment Administration. And, as sad as I can be for the fact that I am not going to see my friends during Summer, I'm happy that I'm coming home in less than three weeks. I miss my parents, family, boyfriend and friends. And I miss the Portuguese Sun like hell. I can't wait to spend my days at the beach just relaxing. And I can not believe that I'm turning 23 in exactly one month!! That's crazy!! ahah. Well, let's hope for the best for the next few days, I'm one exam, two presentations and one project away from being in vaycay. Fingers crossed. Coming home on the 1st of June. Meanwhile, I leave you with some pictures from the last 10 days :)

Free People just launched the second part of their series of short films Roshambo! "In Roshambo: Rock, we go back in time to uncover a piece in Sheila and Chris's relationship history before they were reunited so serendipitously on a street in New York. At this point in time, Sheila and Chris have just parted ways, and she finds her world crumbling. To get him off of her mind, her best friends, played by Michele Ouellet and Britt Maren, swoop in and whisk her away to Rio de Janeiro. The three beauties wander the city, throw on electric bikinis to hit the water, and dance the night away when a Spanish love interest, played by polo player, Diego Osorio, makes his way into picture...". I fell in love with the first video the second I first laid eyes on it, but this one is even better. I just love the Rio sets, it makes me want to go back there.
