I have been k-kinda busy lately. So many classes and so much stuff to learn and memorize! My weekend was nothing special, I studied but I still had the chance to eat pizza with my friends and watch “The House Bunny”. I love that movie, I think Anna Farris is sooo funny. Latelly I have been home with my friends on Saturday nights and I’ve been loving it. It’s so relaxing and we can all have a good laugh together. I’m really blessed with the friends I have, we always have a fun time. Another thing I love to do is to cook, so I’m thinking about adding some food post on this blog aswell. Some advices on restaurants and pictures about the things I do myself. My friends always like what I cook so I guess I’m not bad cooker =)

Another thing that has been keeping my mind busy is my Audiovisual Communication Techniques project. Yes, Lisbon Fashion Week starts tomorrow and me and my group mates have been working on the project really hard. We are going to cover all the event, take amazing pictures, talk to famous people and watch all the shows (front row, we hope). These are the looks and the clothes I chose to wear:

- H&M shorts
- H&M top
- Mango bag
- Miss Sixty watch

- H&M jacket
- Mango dress
- Zara clutch
- Dolce&Gabbana watch
- Accessorize necklace

- H&M dress
- Zara skirt
- Mango bag
- Miss Sixty watch

- Mango t-shirt
- Mango skirt
- Mango bag
- H&M tights
- Miss Sixty watch
- Ray-Ban sunglasses

Do you like the outfits? What would you change? Everyday I’ll post here the pictures I take there so don’t hesitate on becoming a FOLLOWER of this blog!!! I’m really looking forward to see most of the shows and to see what we are going to wear next Winter. But I can’t wait for Summer to arrive. Today the weather was amazing though it was cold (you can’t imagine how cold it is outside when I go to the gym at 7 a.m. and, yes, I’m crazy enough to do that).

Lately my two favourite blogs have been SUGARLAWS and CUPCAKES AND CASHMERE. Both are a big mash-up of fashion, food and lifestyle. If I were you I would totally follow them!

I leave you with two songs I’ve been totally addicted to lately!
So much love <3

Looking through my window, what I see makes me feel sick. Seriously, when is it going to stop raining? I want sun sooo bad. Or it might be cold but please stop the rain. We get wet, my shoes are full of water and we have to run everywhere because we want to protect our hair. I can't wait for Spring to come. My closet is full of cool clothes that I really want to wear. I tried my bikinis yesterday so I could get a little taste of summer and I realized that I have to buy new ones. The patterns are last season so I guess I'll have to get some new bikinis. I heard that Cia. Maritima has an awesome new collection so I can't wait to check them out!

Last night was my university's party and I had such an awesome time! I'm part of the students committee and I'm in charge of our blog. It's not totally finished yet but when it's done I'll show you. So, we the human sciences committee organized the party along with law students committee and all together we through one of this year's biggest parties. It was at Gossip and we invited Dj Diego Miranda and Liliana. Together they have the single "Ibiza Dreams" with I like but don't adore. It's ok. I prefer "Selfish Love" of Pedro Cazanova and Andrea. But anyways, being part of the students committee has its benefits so we had access to the private are and we could have a little more space. Within the crowd there wasn't a lot of it. And I'm small so I was getting smashed and hit all the time. In the private are we had space and I danced a lot. The music was really good and we could see that everybody was really enjoying the party. Me and my friends danced all together and we had an awesome time of course :)

These were my clothes yesterday night: the H&M t-shirt from The Blues collection, Zara skirt (it was only eight euros because it has a special price, so if you like it don't hesitate on getting one because it's really comfortable), Miss Sixty's watch and lot's of rings and hearings. I really like blue nail polish, it's one of my favorite colors to use on my nails. I think I might get a darker one, not totally black but yet dark. My style has been changing a lot lately. And I had to use a pair of black boots with the outfit because last week I went out in heels and I twisted my ankle. I really didn't want to hurt myself again so I wore a pair of black boots instead of black high heels (though I think it's much more fashionable and cute to go out in heels rather then in boots). Either ways you know you'll finish your night with your feet screaming for freedom and walking like a total ass on the day after because you can't step your feet on the floor. Come on, who wasn't felt that way yet?

Tonight I have annual cousin's dinner. I am the second youngest cousin on my mother's side and most of them have already have kids so it's really funny when we get all together because there is a lot of noise and we always have stories to share.
Today I leave you with one song that I've been listening to a lot. It's from "New Moon" soundtrack and I totally love it!

Good morning everyone! I just had my regular breakfast (eggs, bread, milk, orange juice) and watched a little Cougar Town. I’m going to have a busy day! First of all I’m going Publics and Audiences class, then English and to finish Organizations Management. It has been almost a month since Summer semester begun and there are only three months left before Summer starts. If everything goes as I hope it does I’m going to start vacation on the 9th of June. I know I’m pretty lucky because not everyone gets three months of vacation!

Things to do: buy Rock In Rio ticket for John Mayer, Shakira and Ivete Sangalo day. I’ve checked who is going to Madrid and I have to say that the ones coming here are much better then the ones going to Spain. I’m only jealous they’ll have the chance to see Rihanna and David Guetta. But hope is the last one to die and there’s still a free day (there are no people assigned for the 22nd) and I’m praying that Rihanna and Lady GaGa are coming.

Another thing I have to is to check some residence halls in Barcelona. I’m pretty sure I’m going there for Erasmus and I don’t want to stay in a house. I know I could have a little more freedom and no hours to arrive home but I prefer to be safer in a residence hall and having people cooking for me (I’m good at it anyways) and cleaning (I HATE cleaning). My mother has already showed me a few and now we have to choose. If I go to Barcelona, me and my parents are going there by Easter vacation to check everything out. Probably I’ll have the chance to do some cool shopping and remembering the city. The last time I was there I was seven years old and I don’t remember many of the things I’ve seen. I remember pretty well Portaventura but I guess that is because I was a kid and I keep beautiful memories from it. Me and the friend that are possibly going to Barcelona already promised each other that we are going at least once to Portaventura.

I have to plan my summer vacation as well. It is quite planned now but I have to arrange everything. So in June I’m pretty much going to the beach almost everyday and go out at night to Tamariz, that is the coolest place to go out during summer. I’ve spent there many nights last year and I always had a good time. The DJ’s are awesome and I love the view of the beach from it. In July I plan to have Spanish course and to find a job. I don’t know what job but I need to have money for travelling during Erasmus. I want to go to London, Paris and Amsterdam while I’m out. I might get a job at a store or in a cultural place. I don’t know. And then in August I’m going to Sudoeste for the first time and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Me and camping never got along really well but I know I’m going to have a good time with all the people that have a free spirit like me. And since Empire Of The Sun are going to SuperBockSuperRock, I really hope MGMT come to Sudoeste (Kids is one of my favourite songs of all times). After that I think I might spend some days in Algarve with my parents and then go to Erasmus.

Lisbon Fashion Weeks is starting in one week. I’M SO EXCITED. Me and my work group from Audiovisual Communication Techniques couldn’t be more excited about our project! We are going to cover all the event, we will take awesome pictures and talk to important people in the fashion world. It seems like every girls dream come true!

So this is what I’m going to wear today, Mango top and skirt, H&M tights and on top it a simple black jacket. I hope you guys like the look! I have to go now. One thing I couldn’t be more excited about it’s my university’s party tonight! Tomorrow I’mm give you all the details about what happened!
xx,
Rita

My Erasmus Application Text

We needed to write a text about why we should be chosen. I hope this thing inspires you somehow.

The will of man to know, explore, exchange experiences and learn is timeless. With all these purposes I present my candidature for the Erasmus. I consider myself able to participate because, early on, I got used to live, in Portugal and abroad, in multicultural environments and be independent and responsible.
I prefer the University Ramon Llull, as I know Barcelona, one of my favorite cities. My second choice, the University Complutense, it follows its tradition of academic excellence and the formation of good journalists.
Although Spanish is not my optional language, I propose to open new language horizons, so important for my professional future. I'll attend an immediate course of preparation and, with time, cement the knowledge.
