FASHION | | LF STORES FALL 2013 LOOKBOOK

I am the biggest fan of Pia Mia. Thumbs up for that. The first time I saw her was when she did this amazing Lookbook for Nasty Gal last March. Nowadays I'm obsessed with her music and her style. She is just amazing. I got super excited when I saw on her Instragram that she was one of the faces of LF Stores Fall 2013 Lookbook, alongside Taylor Godfrey. The both of them look super rad and all the pieces are very cute. I especially like the skirts and the plaid shirts. TREND | | DARK LIPSTICK

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love it! I am a huge fan of pink and red lipsticks, but I just converted myself to the dark lipstick trend. It is so cool. It gives you a big edge and rocker look. I always take hours to decide what color of lipstick I want, either at home or in the shop. And Chanel has always been my favorite brand for lipsticks. Today I'm suggesting these four amazing dark lipsticks that you can rock on a night out or if you are feeling more on the dark side. Anyways, all of these are amazing and super rad. One of my tips for wearing dark lipstick is having as less eye make-up as possible otherwise you will look like a clown. When I wear dark lipstick I barely am wearing make-up because I believe that it speaks for it self. TREND | | BLACK & WHITE & DENIM

New York Fashion Week is now over and all eyes are now on London Fashion Week, that I will talk about next Wednesday. But let's take a look at some of the street style that rocked NYFW last week. All the street style pics are full of black, white and blue shaded pieces. All over the place. I really like it. The colors are so minimalistic and with the three of them you can compose pretty fantastic outfits. I'm starting to be a big fan of denim over denim. But it has to have different shades, otherwise it is super tacky. In my opinion, all these three colors are best paired with gold and silver accessories and a pair of beautiful sunglasses. But, if you do a all white outfit (love love love) use some colored accessories, it will look amazing! What do you guys think? All these pictures were taken out of Style.com

FASHION | | ADIDAS ORIGINALS X JEREMY SCOTT FW13

After checking out the collection at Ministerium last July, which I think it is amazing, I proudly bring you the video of Jeremy Scott for Adidas Originals Fall/Winter 2013. This video lookbook is so crayy crayy! I love it! And I am so happy that the jumper that I chose for the shoot that I did for Adidas (that you can see HERE) is also featured. I adore that black and white jumper, it is so cool. I want it!! The Mr. Colour of fashion, Jeremy, chose director Ben Mor to shoot the film in which the fab pieces are rocked by models Kozue Akimoto and Simonas Pham. I think the pieces are so original and Jeremy is so talented. He always surprises me. And Adidas is one of my favorite sports wear brands. Jeremy is capable of making sports wear not boring at all. And one item that I really like as well are the black and white sneakers with the wings. All the pieces are very intense, with Jeremy's neon spin on many of the items.

 

Jeremy presented his Spring/Summer 2014 collection last week in New York, with many familiar faces in the audience, like Iggy Azealia and Leight Lezark. My favorite piece is the coloured stripped jacket, the first one on the video. What do you guys think?

FASHION | | FRIENDS & ASSOCIATES SPRING 2014 COLLECTION

My favorite colors of the moment are white and black. White on white on white is one of my favorite trends. White is such a powerful color, i love it. Especially when mixed with gold accessories and red lipstick. Stunning. So you can quite understand why I fell in love with Friends & Associates Spring 2014 collection. It is sooo gorgeous. I don't even know where to choose from. The collection was inspired by classic American sportswear pieces and it aims to lend a new look to the preppy basics. Frida Aasen is rocking this lookbook which includes the colors for the new season: ivory, grey, powder blue, blush pink and sapphire blue. I really like the light colors and blue mixed with black. And the shapes of the pieces are gorgeous, I adore the shirts and the skirts. What do you guys think?

Today I just came across with this amazing LA based women's street apparel brand called Brashy Couture and I must say...their t-shirts are awesome!! I love the statements so much. I think all the pieces would look so cool with high-waisted denim shorts or with a black skirt. My favorite t-shirts are: the one that says "Cheers Mother Fucker" and the one that says "The Nineteen Nineties". And the most incredible part? This is one of my favorite Daria's shoots that I've ever seen. Look at the forth picture, OMG!! Fashion Canada taps top model Daria Werbowy for the magazine’s October 2013 issue. The born-and-raised Canadian beauty looks dazzling through Chris Nicholls lens, in rebellious looks styled by Zeina Esmail, wearing fingerless gloves, motorcycle jackets and biker vests. I believe she looks gorgeous, don't you agree? Inside this issue, Daria talks about aging and turning thirty this November: "The biggest thing that I’ve learned is to stop fighting yourself, instead of obsessing about little things that don’t make you happy, start accepting them as gifts. The minute I gave up and stopped trying to force things, I became happier."
